             Temper conditions: T4, T5 and T6

             Length: from 1: 7 meters for anodizing & powder coating

             1:12 meter for Mill Finish

Dimensions:

Maximum diagonal is 100 mm for 5 inch press.

200 mm for 7 inch press.

Minimum thickness is 0.5 mm – according to ANSI & DIN

 

Colour range:

Natural anodized: Aluminium matt, polished, and brushed

Electro-coloured: Bronze colours ( Light, Medium and Dark )

 

Anodizing range:

Class 1: for natural colour products, the normal anodizing thickness ( 12-15 ) Microns for 

              Architectural usage

Class 2: for other special usage and colours the normal thickness ( 15-18 ) microns.

Class 3: the maximum thickness of anodizing can reach up to 25 microns for special orders.
